Rosalie Fessler of Manalapan,NJ on 8/14/2017 at Centra State Medical Center in Freehold,NJ . Born in Brooklyn,NY she resided in Manalapan for 20 years. She was a Secretary for the board of education of the City of NY for over 20 years. She enjoyed writting for the Covered Bridge Housing Community News letter The Guardian ,and was well read in poetry with an artistic touch to her creations and writtings. She is survived by her Beloved son Kevin Layman. Dear Sister of Karen, Marsha, and Robert Zuckerman. Cherished grandmother of 2 .
