Michael A Bruzzio

Michael A. Bruzzio, Sr., 83, of Totowa, formerly of Belleville, passed away peacefully on Saturday December 16th, at his residence surrounded by his family. Mike worked for the Coca Cola Bottling Co. in Newark and Moonachie for 48 years before retiring. He proudly served in the United States Army. Mike was a beloved husband to Gertrude “Trudy” (nee:Werrell), a loving father to Michael Jr., T/L Donald, Mindy, and Marc and his wife Monica. A cherished grandfather to Michael Medina, Matthew, Ava Bruzzio and Sophia Nazzaretto. A dear brother to Anita Fedele and her husband Ralph, and to Alex and his wife Fran. He was predeceased by his parents Alexander and Mary (nee:Maccia) Bruzzio, his brother Joseph Bruzzio, and his daughter in law Doreen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews cousins and friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday December 20th  from 4:00 to 8:00pm at the Branch Brook Memorial Home, 101 Union Ave, Belleville. A mass of Christian burial will be offered on Thursday December 21st  at 10:30am at St. Anthony of Padua Church, Belleville. Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. Family and friends are welcomed to the funeral home Thursday morning beginning at 9:30am prior to mass. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Mikes memory to the the Charity closest to your heart or to the Parkinson’s Foundation.
