Obituary

Julio Cesar Dávila 62', passed away at Mountainside Medical Hospital on February 22, 2022. Julio was born on April 23, 1959 in Guynabo, Puerto Rico to Benedicta Marrero Quiñones and Juio Cesar Dávila Belen. He graduated high school and went straight into The United States Army on May 23, 1977. He served our country for 6 years. Julio received medals for being a "Marksman with the M-16" and also for being an expert with the "Hand Grenades". He was Honorably Discharged on May 22, 1983. After coming back home Julio found his first love and moved to Newark, New Jersey together where they got married. They conceived and had their first daughter Nadia in 1984, and had their second child Xiomara in 1987. Julio was dedicated to working and had a hobby of collecting unique abstract pieces, he loved all types of music, and his favorite baseball team was the "Mets". He was definitely full of life, he loved to joke around and laugh, he always found a way to spark up a conversation with anyone around him. Julio was a grandfather of three, Keyleen, Isaiah, and Messiah by his daughter Xiomara. His eyes lit up any time he saw his grandkids. Julio was loved by many and will truly be missed.
