Robert T. Stokes Sr. “Bob”

Robert T. Stokes, 76, entered into eternal life peacefully on March 17th, 2023 at home surrounded by family & loved ones. He was a lifetime resident of Jersey City before moving to Flemington, NJ. 

He spent 20 years as a Zamboni driver for the City of Jersey City, Pershing Field Park. In his free time he enjoyed watching wrestling & cooking shows. He also loved playing cards with his boys. 

Bob was the son of the late Florence Hussey. He leaves behind the love of his life Kathleen Howe of 33 years, sister Joan, 5 sons, James, Robert, Nick, Tom, Shawn, & daughter Brittney & the late son Rob as well as 10 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews and relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday March 22nd, from 4pm-8pm at the Branch Brook Memorial Home, 101 Union Avenue Belleville, New Jersey 07109.
